IT Technical Salesperson
The IT Technical salesperson role within any company is vital. There are lots of people who can do sales, but not all are technical. To do this role requires a technical mind so that complex customer questions can be answered.
This apprenticeship covers a wide variety of technologies, from basic IT systems to complex networking products. They also need to be able to communicate effectively and use company systems, as sales is quite different to being a technician.
These qualifications are for learners who work in the Technical Sales of the IT industry. It is not just for school leavers and employers can use the Levy (in England) to upskill existing employees into a new role or to qualify in their current role.
It will require 20% off the Job time (OJT) to study and we can record this on our systems. We are on the Register of Apprenticeship Training providers (RoATP) and can be found on the Government Website.
